When you say RBBB, are you referencing a bundle branch block? https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/bundle-branch-block/symptoms-causes/syc-20370514.
I'm tagging @denisern, @markjones @dragonass and @dalous to this discussion. Although they discussed a left bundle branch block, they may be able to share some of their experiences and whether or not a TENS unit was ever discussed with their providers.
@sjgeorgia, have you had a chance to discuss this question with your provider? After a quick search, it is hard to find concrete studies on this topic and it may be worth discussing with your provider to see if they have access to better research.
If you have the ability to send a message to your provider via something like "my chart" that would be your best resource.
