Calcified granuloma near R Apex

Posted by jpalmer99 @jpalmer99, Nov 4, 2022

18 months ago we found a large 7x7 lump or “firmness” 11cm from my R nipple at the one o’clock position, below the r scapula. X-ray, US and MRI w & w/o contrast were negative. Fast forward to today. It’s been a month of increased shoulder, arm and hand pain; with/without movement that worsens at night. I’ve now become left handed. At my physical I mentioned that it could possibly have to do with my “passenger”. Doc checked it out and said it feels harder that before and scheduled and X-ray and shoulder therapy.
X-ray results came right back to me and states I have a calcified granuloma at the R apex. That happens to be directly under my 7x7 free rider.
Only other symptoms are constant fatigue, no appetite, some nausea, blurred vision, headaches cough and hot/cold flashes. Not sure if I’m getting low grade fevers and burning them off or not tolerating heat or just flushing? Thoughts anyone?

Trig 300 never have I ever had a prob with this. I’m not a health nut but we eat healthy. And I was fasting.
Bonus- in the last three months I’ve been walking more than I have than in year. I got a new pup so we are out walking 4 times a day. No reason for trig issues.

Idk if this pertains but I have fibrocystic Breast tissue and we have been “following” a few spots for two years.

Welcome, @jpalmer99. Are you concerned that something is being missed and that your team should be investigating further to rule out lung cancer? What other diagnostic testing has been ordered?
