Bubbles Grouped Size of a Nickel

Last week, notice there is a group of bubbles about the size of a nickel in urine. Doesn’t go away after 5 minutes, nor does it come back up after the toilet is flushed. However, if I drink a lot of water, there are no bubbles. This is when urine is almost clear.
