Bronchospasm from huffing?

Hi everyone,
Last night when I was laying in bed, suddenly I felt my chest very tight, felt like mucus sealed my lungs.
I immediately used a puff of albuterol, which helped.
I never had this experience before, I wonder what it is? Is it Bronchospasm ( I was doing a lot of huffing yesterday) or what people call it an asthma attack? These few dates, my mucus is like thin paste, I seriously felt that mucus was blocking my lungs. Have you had any experience like this?

Many thanks!
Ling

Yes I think it is a mucous plug

Hi all
There was a discussion earlier about using sterile water to brush our teeth and disinfecting toothbrushes.
I tried to research mouthwashes that destroy mycobacteria but nothing surfaced.
Listerine kills many bacteria so maybe rinsing after brushing would reduce the bacteria.
Mycobacteria is hard to kill even with antibiotics so if people feel comfortable rinsing or using sterile water i am sure that would be fine.
We all need to do what we feel comfortable doing.
Have a great day!
