Bronchoscopy w/h biopsy scared due to many Bullae

I have Severe Alpha1 Antitripsin Defiency. My lungs have many bullae. How many & where all are located idk.
A terrible bout of covid also did a number on my lungs & I'm on home oxygen now.
I recently had a CT lung scan and they see a spot & want to do a brochcoscopy and biopsy. I'm very scared due to possible pnumothorax . I have experienced spontaneous pnumothorax 20+ yrs ago.
My current local hospital isn't big, I am pretty sure they dont do lots of these. Its a robotic bronchoscopy which is good I guess. I could get a 2nd opinion but that won't change the procedure. I think im just really scared . Ive yet to ask my pulmonary Dr how many he's done OR how many the hospital has done. I will be talking with him next week. Has anyone here with lots of bullae have bronchoscopy with biopsy ?

getting a second opinion won't change the procedure but may impact who is doing the procedure and how much experience that they may have with performing the bronchoscopy. I would seek the 2nd opinion at a larger medical center near and within travel distance just to assure that you are getting expert advice and treatment.
