What is the best treatment for bronchiectasis without the MAC?

My pulmonologist has me doing twice daily nebulizing with albuterol and 7% saline solution along with an air clearance vest I wear to help clear mucus. I use to use an airway clearance (Aerobika) but it did not clear the mucus in my lungs and subsequent CAT scans kept showing increasing nodules and pockets of mucus. I have not ever experienced MAC/NTM infections, to date but some illnesses along the way that clear with a regular course of antibiotics. Everyone is different but I hope this helps.
