BP and palpitation

I am 62 years taking AMTAS M50 daily morning and thronorm 37.5 .But sometimes while sleeping BP goes 160/170 then I take amloguard 2.5 and petrol mt o.25 as advised ..it takes 45 minutes to come to normal . MY eco is normal . Why my BP and pulse donot remain steady .
