I'm 67 and started taking a K2 M7 supplement in 10/22 when I was first diagnosed with osteoporosis of the spine and left hip. I had a repeat scan in 5/25 and improved my bone density in all measurements and had such a significant improvement in the left hip that I no longer have osteoporosis, but osteopenia in my hip. I also take collagen peptides every morning in my coffee. These are the only changes I have made. I have always been physically active and enjoy walking/hiking. I need to be better about strength training! I confess to being rather surprised! I was hoping to prevent further bone loss, Improving bone density at my age was an unexpected, but pleasant surprise!

I have been taking bone restore with vitamin K for about a year now. Most days I do not take the recommendation of 4 pills a day. However I have bad osteoporosis.
I had pain in right hip and after taking these. Bone pain gone. My Aunt is a licensed Dietitian and she highly recommended this company and these vitamins. My Aunt said because it has vitamin k with it, is the answer to take with the bone restore. I also take life extension multi vitamins two a day.
I’m also fast walking about 1/4 mile a day and weight lifting exercises.
Bottom line I feel better taking these meds and I no longer have pain in my right hip. They are costly but not in comparison breaking bones or taking meds with terrible side effects.
I’m 68 and no fractures. I haven’t had my 2 year density yet. I
I have a subscription to ConsumerLab.com and choose which brands I buy based on their current recommendations. They do lit reviews on supplements to show whether or not science supports a supplement's use for the intended purpose, if there are precautions or contraindications to using it, and then they test and compare brands to verify a brand contains the desired substance in the amount stated (many do not), if they have been found to be contaminated, and what the price per dose is. I'm a retired advanced practice nurse and feel better knowing I am buying a tested product since the supplement industry is under regulated.
I have been using Vital Proteins grass-fed collagen peptides the entire time and recently switched to Bronson's vitamin K2 MK-7 100mcg. tablets.
Do they do virtual appointments? Is it covered by Medicare?
