Well heck, bottoms of feet and lower back. White cable on the left and black on the right. Palms of hands and top of spine below your neck. Get some extra medium size, snap electrode patches on Amazon. They don't last for more than about 5 applications. The unit will cut off if contact is not good. No free lunch...

I don’t really have any pain now, just slight numbness, but I am curious about the tens unit. I wonder if it would help that. I’m hoping it will eventually fully resolve.

This is a little off topic but I am pretty desperate for answers. I have had increasing pain due to neuropathy as noted on this site. However, in the past few weeks the pain has extended into my right arm(mostlt tingling). I have been experiencing involuntary twiches in thet arm as well. My appetite is off. Can eat but no hunger pangs. Thinking about \food often puts me on the edge of nausea. Pain in the lower half of my body two days ago was so bad, I thought I was going to pass out. I actually considered going to the ER. Decided against that due to very bad experience nine month ago. I had a scheduled visit with one of my pain management docs yeasterday. I told him about all the new symptoms and how I was experiencing so much pain that it was hard to think. His response was not totally unexpected. "Contact your PCP". I told him that my PCP was a CRNP with whom I had discussed this a few days prior. She did not seem to have a good grasp of my situation. So, I practically begged the pain doc to address my pain before I passed out or had to go to the ER. He just shrugged and gave me another appointment. I feel as if I am in a Catch-22 situation.

Neuropathy moves through your body any where you have nerves it affects including your organs. You need to see a neuromuscular neurologist and talk to them. It sounds like you haven’t had the biopsies for small fiber neuropathy. Mine is autoimmune my neuropathy. It has started affecting my pancreas causing glucose problems it is slowly raising. Diabetes does not run in my family no one has had it.

Yes. I paid a chiropractor in Bellingham, Washington about $9000 in January for a 12 week program. They claimed a 97% success rate. The doctor, as well as others in the clinic were very pleasant and helpful. However, it was all consuming. About 4 hours per day at home of anodyne light treatments, Rebuilder TENS foot baths, a completely different diet consisting only of fruits, vegatables and most meats, many supplements that they provided and twice weekly visits to the clinic with the chiropractor or for red light therapy and foot vibrations. After 3 months I was devastated to find no improvement in my neuropathy. I did everything asked of me religiously. My neuropathy was fairly mild. Yet they claimed I was in the 3 percent that didn't respond to the treatment. I became quite depressed and anxious for a month after processing my anger. Feeling I had been scammed. Today I went to a neurologist. A real doctor of neurology and a specialist. He told me it had to be a scam since none of the treatments I received would bring relief. I am now on 100 mg of Pregabalin per day. After only three days of the drug the pins and needles have been reduced by about 75%. Apparently it takes up to a month for the drug to take affect, but the doctor is absolutely convinced that it will take care of most of my discomfort, although my feet will always be numb on the bottom. People in pain are desperate, and we will try desperate measures. I also watched all of the testimonials on the chiropractor's website. They seemed authentic But admittedly, I should have been sceptical about any reviews on the chiropractors website. They could well be biased. In any case, I am moving on and I would recommend anyone considering these treatments not to let them get your hopes up too high. You will be poorer and Things will seem even more hopeless if it should turn out to be completely ineffective. Not to mention feeling relatively stupid for falling for the whole thing. My wife was sceptical the entire time, but she stuck with me because she loves me. It will require an entire change of life style for your spouse as well for the duration of the treatments. The program is called Blueprint for Neuropathy. This is the second time I've tried an alternative treatment with American chiropractor. The doctor I went to was a very good chiropractor. However, when a Chiropractor offers treatments for any condition outside of their area of expertise, such as spinal adjustments, I would be very skeptical. I hope this helps.

Trying to get any doc here in Delaware to take a deeper dive into my problems is beyond frustration. Ten minutes in and out. See ya next month. I wish you better luck than I am having.

Let’s face it. No one on this site has come up with a treatment that has made Neuropathy go away. They spend tons of money on trying to help, I know I have purchased products that never did work. There are a lot of scams out there.
People will pay anything to try to get rid of this stuff.
I believe now after years dealing with Neuropathy is you just have to learn to deal with it unless there is a physical problem causing this pain then definitely take care of it.

That’s the key, isn’t it? Is there a physical cause? How do we determine that? By testing and looking more deeply into the matter.
