Interpreting Bloodwork Results: Should I be worried?

My WBC count is 11.9 platelets 641 hemoglobin 12,3 d dimer 57. Should I be worried.

Glad your seeing a hematologist, I would ask about ferritin and maybe thyroid blood tests.

There was a TSH drawn a few weeks before these it was fine. I ask for TPO antibodies but they said not necessary.
