What kind of surgery? Presumably, TURBT and not RC. Did you ask your urology team or primary care team?

I do not have personal experience with this.

That makes sense. Also a very common complaint on BCAN/Inspire and elsewhere. I would still work with the care team to confirm that is the cause. Cytology is usually used to confirm no recurrent malignancy is present. As well as imaging.

Report

Patient with a history of bladder mass resection, histopathologically proven to be urothelial carcinoma

Abnormally

As compared with the previous CT study dated 08/10/2025, the current study revealed:

Subtle regressive course regarding the size of the previously noted right posterolateral UB wall endophytic mass lesion, currently seen measuring 1.2 x 2.3 x 1.8 cm (previously measuring 1.3 x 2.8 x 1.9 cm) and showing the following

Expressing Ti iso-intense signal and 12 intermediate signal

Focus of diffusion restriction

Enhancement in the post-contrast images in the early dynamic contrast images with persistent surface enhancement.

Implication of the right trigone without evident ureterie dilatation; however, it is seen collapsed.

Interpretation of the hypointense muscle wall layer with related peri-vesical fat.

Stranding: Denoting muscle wall invasion.

No evidence of significant pathologically enlarged LNS.

MRI features are those of UB neoplastic process with muscle wall invasion (ViRads5). For further workup.

Evidence of circumferential smooth mural thickening of the remaining UB walls... Likely cystitis... For clinico-laboratory correlation.

This report states there is a T2 MIBC tumor. It is smaller than previously.

How can we help you?

Shrinkage and port indicate neoadjuvant DDMVAC or GC.

RC is historically the most common next curative step.

:

The current imaging assessment confirms a wide-surface area mural-based soft tissue lesion measuring 1.3 x 2.7 x 3 cm in maximum AP, SS, and CC dimensions. This lesion implicates the right posterolateral compartment of the urinary bladder, exhibiting trigone violation and infiltration of the right vesicoureteric junction. It is associated with an exophytic tiny-sized component, as well as stranding of perivesical fat planes and a few tiny-sized locoregional lymph nodes.

...Overall features of a neoplastic urinary bladder lesion with endophytic and exophytic components... VI-RADS 5.

Bulky prostate and seminal vesicles.

No fluid collections in the pelvis.

Apparently normal vascular structures of the pelvis.

Is your doctor saying that the bleeding is from prostate cancer radiation?

A log of good information above.

For me all my urine bleeding was before the surgeries and treatments. None afterwards.
