Black spot on my pinched finger

That’s just a tiny bruise or small amount of blood under the skin from broken capillaries. That’s normal after pinching your finger. No need to worry unless it starts getting bigger (real bigger), your finger swells a lot, and you have trouble moving it normally. Then it’d be a good idea to get it checked out.
