Biopsy Partin Table Results?

I'm hoping to get some info on what this "Partin Table" section is about on my recent biospy.
Lymph Node 1%
Seminal Vesicle 2%
Extraprostatic Extension 23%
Organ confined 74%
For full context I'm 62
Psa 4.37
Gleason 7 Group II Stage T1c
No PNI
My main concern is confirming containment & the hope I would be a good candidate to spare the Lymph and seminal if surgery is the plan.
The most confusing to me anyway is since I now know how important EPE is, what exaclty does the 23% EPE on the Partin table tell me?

Focal therapy is an option but don't know enough about long term results I heard it's a option if after radiation treatment and the cancer returns that's a good option. Will definitely ask about that. Have 1 hour to discuss options so should know where I stand after tomorrow, take care.
