Bilateral 100% carotid and 100% femoral blockage

Does anyone have both 100% bilateral carotid blockage and 100% femoral artery blockage? I am 78 and diabetic and the vascular surgeons do not seem to do surgery on me. Please respond even if you only have one of these conditions. Thanks
