Been dealing with nasal pressure and heaviness

I been dealing with nasal pressure and heaviness that’s worse on the right side I had a septoplasty with turb reduction the pressure and heaviness got worse after surgery even tho I was dealing with it for years before then after surgery I started feeling like a pulling sensation thats feels like the inside of my nasals are getting pulled inward and to the right. It was mostly right side before surgery where my deviated septum was but now I feel it in both nostrils the best way to describe what I’m feeling is like a tightness thats feels like it’s under my nasal tissue that’s getting pulled with heaviness dull feeling, I been to ent many times and to a different doctor he said everything looked good in the inside but have a subtle dorsal that’s narrowing to the right and chronic rhitis I’m using Saline and folnase but seeing no difference. Also been dealing with constant midface tightness under eyes and forehead tension with pressure with slight tingling. I went to dentist thinking it would be dental related fixed all my dental stuff and still feeling what I’m feeling. It’s not something that comes and goes it’s coming that’s constant. Also the heaviness and pressure is worse on the side where my subtle dorsal is narrowing to the right.
