Bazaar visions in low lit areas

I see inanimate objects move. While holding my hand up to the low light, my fingers seem to shimmy and the tips become transparent.
Also, a heat like wave eminates several inches from tips.
While looking out a window at night at a lamp in the yard, it appears to
move randomly.
An opthamligest found nothing wrong with my eyes.
