Autonomic polyneuropthy and Dementia lewy bodies

Hi.
Anyone have any insight into these nasties? I told I have Autonomic polyneuropathy (ANS) and am now being investigated for Dementia and or heavy metal poisoning. I am T2 diabetic with IBS and high BP and Cholesterol and an enlarged heart. My symptoms indicate Dementia lewy bodies (Dlb) with minimal freezing episodes happening. What I can not define is if either of these can be random hits, varing daily. While my days are getting worse and the good days are becoming a distant memory I still get radom severe symptoms that come and go. Usually I'm able to predict the really bad days when I get up in the mornings, but can not find any reference to the randomness I experience. I have spent several years trying to get something done and in the last few weeks am finally getting some traction with a specialists investigation underway, all be it slow going.
