Atypical AS with OPLL, DISH, OALL

Has anyone got or heard of AxSpa, advanced burnt out ossific stage, AS with OPLL, DISH and OALL ?
Trying to find information.
Apparently this combination is an extremely rare phenotype ? Maybe 50 documented cases globally.
