Heard of atypical ankylosing spondylitis (AS) with OPLL, DISH, OALL?

Has anyone got or heard of AxSpa, advanced burnt out ossific stage, AS with Ossification of the Posterior Longitudinal Ligament (OPLL), Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis (DISH) and Ossification of the Anterior Longitudinal Ligament (OALL) ?
Trying to find information.
Apparently this combination is an extremely rare phenotype ? Maybe 50 documented cases globally.
