Atrial Tachycardia
After 4 years of tests upon tests my cardiologist told me along with the vasospasms in my heart, I have atrial tachycardia. Which I’m on a beta blocker metoprolol, but I still have shortness of breath when I do anything of exertion or if I talk too long, I run out of breath. He told me that if I lose some weight, it’ll help me has anybody have these diagnosis’s?

This may be relevant, although I am not familiar with vasospasm:
If you would like to learn more about all kinds of arrhythmias, go to YouTube and do a search for 'Ninja Nerd' channel. He gives in-depth lectures on all types of cardiac arrhythmias, myopathy, heart structure, etc. Very good videos.
Thank you
Please take this with humor, as laughter is good medicine. I suggest you follow doc's instructions and lose weight. Eat less and talk less. Natural solutions may take more effort on your part than taking meds or treatments that may or may not work. But many times alleviate the root of the problem.
