At what size do you remove a minimally complex liver hepatic cyst

I have a minimally complex liver hepatic cyst. The cyst size is 13x12x12cm. The cyst is probably not cancerous. How large do you let these get before you remove them? I do have some stomach bloating and have trouble taking deep breaths but do not know if this is causing it. I also have two smaller cyst which are less than 2 cm.

at that size. didn't the doctor advise to have them removed? what is wrong with these doctors? a total of three cysts. i hope it's not cancerous also. but please do not wait. and take a chance on them being.
13x12x12cm. that's about 5-5.5 inches. if i added that right. WTFH. I'M SORRY. who found these on you?
look, @pamperme. you've got to go to the hospital ASAP. and get these checked out properly. PLEASE do this to give yourself a peace of mind. i'll keep you in my thoughts. keep in touch with me. d

The large cyst was found on a cat scan and then they did an ultrasound. The ultra sound says the cyst are anechoic and the large cyst has thin septation without internal vascularity
They did not say to remove it but I am seeing a surgeon next week to discuss removal.

please do. i Googled this. the biggest they should be is about 2 inches. that don't cause problems. it says 4 inches is not good. but not necessarily cancerous. anything bigger should be removed by surgery. now i checked Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic and UCLA health. they pretty much concur with each other. please keep in touch, d

I have the surgeon appointment in one month on April 3. I thought it was scheduled for next week. I will let you know what he says.
My original Dr (he is good) came back after the ultrasound “This is very reassuring. Nothing suggest cancer or anything else worrisome. I was concerned about the size and might have some symptoms of bloating. He then suggested referring me to a surgeon for evaluation and wrote There’s no guarantee they’ll be able to do anything, but I think it’s worth a visit.
This is why I put out the question, am I being over cautious after he came back with nothing worrisome. How large do you let it get, it may not get any bigger and I have been living with it with no problems. I guess I may understand more when I go to the surgeon.

One question is have your LFT’s been off or another test that helped you identify these? Many of these type cysts if not causing any harm are left to resolve on their own. The last thing you want is someone mucking around in your liver if not necessary.

I had a ct scan because I had a low grade fever that did not go away for three weeks. This picked up on the cyst and then they did ultrasound. CRP was 51 but this may be due to the fever which had just stopped

My brother in law just went thru this too with cysts in Liver. They resolved on their own without treatment. He had some symptoms which were treated according.
