Aren't you tired of living and waiting for things to get better?

I'm tired and I just want to die already. I don't know how to bring back my enthusiasm. I wake up wishing that I didn't wake up. I want to die in my sleep. I'm so so tired. Exhausted.

I was delighted to see your post!
Happy Birthday!!!🎂🎈🎉 I hope your day was just what you wanted. It sounds lovely.

I see people of all ages at my gym everyday. We are different in some ways, but are all there in hopes of improving our health. I look around and it occurs to me that we are all the same people as we were when we were 40, 30, …..parts of me as a little kid still remain. I have aged, but I’m still young. I try to see people that way. Wiser yes, more beautiful yes, and so very precious to be here thriving.

Wishing you many more and a great year ahead.

The day after: Still the old hum drum I was before. One of the best parts, though, two old friends sent me two dozen roses. They are gorgeous. Felt so blessed.

I’m sorry I sometimes feel that way too and it feels terrible!! How long have you felt like this? What happened?

Hey, I get it—life can be really tough sometimes. It’s okay to feel like this, but try to take it easy on yourself. Maybe start with small things, like getting some fresh air or chatting with someone who makes you smile. Even doing something tiny, like doodling or watching a fun show, can help you feel a bit better. Take it day by day. You’re stronger than you think, and you’re not alone in this!

You are not alone in feeling this way upon wakening. It's a very huge weight to bear especially if you live by yourself. I think once you can get up and moving around and let the world catch up with you then you will feel better.
