Yes, I do, I think I have very poor muscular skeletal issues.
I have burnt 🥵 my body out by physically overdoing , my work, and play, everything has been too physically demanding.
So I have had so many multiple surgeries, because I not only have osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and aching all the time, but no Rheumatoid arthritis.
I wish I felt better at 65, I am recovering from revision back surgery, that is another big heal.
I do thing genetics 🧬 have to play some part?

I'm wondering if you have ever considered Mayo Clinic's Pain Rehabilitation Center? Given your diagnoses and the fact that you want to feel better at age 65, perhaps the PRC would be a good fit.
I graduated the Mayo PRC and can attest that it is an amazing life changing opportunity that works with patients on 4 categories - physical, emotional, behavioral and chemical. These 4 areas, fuel the fire of chronic pain. Ultimately the goal is to learn how to cut the fuel lines off.
What do you think? Might it be a program worth looking into?

I live in NY and went to Mayo Florida. I'm on Medicare - SS disability and my insurance cocered Mayo. Have you spoke to your insurance company yet about out of network coverage?
Mayo has support programs for people who need financial help. Since they have that as part of their mission, give it a shot to apply. I assume Mayo there in Jacksonville doesn’t think they can handle your issues?
In any case, help is available. Ask for their financial support programs and the residential programs they can recommend—there are places you can stay if you have to go. I went to Mayo in Arizona and they worked with me. I had to stay there for months.
I have a rotator cuff tear plus other problems there (injury) and I used Ice to bed with a contraption sold in cvs where you put the ice pack in it and it wraps around your bad shoulder and keeps the ice in place. I needed help putting it on. The strap wraps around. It was agony until I went to physical therapy for a while and continued to use ice. I would question the use of the heat vs. cold. The cold has a numbing effect which is good to alleviate that pain. I used lidocaine roll on they sell at the pharmacy. I hope you feel better. I need surgery to correct mine. Never got it. Now I have two bad shoulders. The new injury.
