Diagnosed with severe tricuspid regurgitation due to pacemaker lead wire. Anyone treated for this condition?

I don't have any background in this, but I read just the other day that one of the pacemakers has leads that their manufacturer has since learned become calcified over time. I have dumped all the specifics, but this was an eye-opener. If the lead calcifies, it would almost certainly encourage adjacent calcification of the valve....my thinking, but only a guess. A calcified valve can't functionally close completely, so it would let 'backwash' through it into the feeding atrium, so 'regurgitation.'
