Anyone with Jugular Foramen Syndrome aka: Vernets

I was diagnosed with it in 2012 with it being idiopathic. Now I know there was a tumor but they too small to see. Back then I had a nerve implanted into my right vocal cord because the nerves coming out of my right jugular Foramen were paralyzed. These nerves go to voice box vocal cords and shoulder.
My symptoms were getting worse. Went to Mayo and the found they believe at this time a meningoma. I have an appointment in oct to see the neurosurgeon because I also have the jugular vein pinch and fluid that’s not draining along with calcium spots that are starting. My tumor is about 2-4 inches it goes down to at least to my c2 of my spine. I don’t believe it’s in my spine but I’ve only seen my results haven’t talked to any drs yet not to Nov.
I’m wondering what kind of surgery they will perform. I’d really enjoy talking to someone who went through this syndrome or something like it. Thank you
