Anyone used Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy for treating CPPS?

Recent articles have shown EST as highly effective for treating pain associated with non bacterial chronic prostatitis. The 2025 AUA guidelines give it an “A” recommendation. Has anyone tried it and did it work?
