Anyone used a foot massager for PN of the feet
I have been searching Facebook for information on foot massagers for my feet and I was amazed at how many there are and they sound really good. Unfortunately the first one I ordered from the US has turned out to be a scam and it looks like I’ve lost my money. However I’ve not given up but I was wondering if anyone has used them and did they work. I’m talking about the ones that wrap around your ankles and massage and heat and improve circulation. I’m hoping that someone has tried them, I don’t want to waste anymore money

I use vibit massage roller as well as Lune nerve balm. Used nightly, it has helped with my neuropathy. Both found on Amazon.
@tomkofathensga what is it called and how much does it cost?
@dlo56 - Here's a link to the manufacturer site - https://carepeuticonline.com/products/carepeutic-motorized-hydro-therapy-foot-and-leg-spa-bath-massager.

1 Reaction@johnbishop thanks, I appreciate your reply.
I think that I might try that Lune nerve cream that smithba58 spoke of and try to find one of those massage rollers hopefully a little less pricey than vibit.
Anyone who has any recommendations for good massage rollers at a lower cost please let me know.
Neuropathy really is a literal nightmare.

2 ReactionsIt did not improve the pain. Only helped during but seemed to irritate the nerves more. Mls laser helped my foot pain, but not a 100% cure at least for me but it was the only thing that made a difference along with never going barefoot and always wearing arch support.
I recently purchased a MIKO Y2 foot massager. A friend who has had neuropathy for 25 years recommended it. It has multiple massage modes and levels, including rolling, compression, vibration, as well heat. I can't say with certainty that it has helped the peripheral neuropathy in my feet and legs but it really does feel good when I'm using it.

3 Reactions@dlo56 The unit comes from Carepeutic. I received it as a gift 5 or 6 years ago, so I'm not sure of the cost.

1 ReactionIt’s pricey but everything is anymore. Did it help? You probably already stated but I forgot.
I have PN in my feet and ankles. Foot massage can help, but I use a slightly different approach than expensive massagers. I find that gentle massage with a hairbrush (I use a Fuller natural bristle brush) gives temporary relief. I use the brush at bedtime, plus 300mg gabapentin about three hours before bedtime, plus lidocaine lotion. That combination allows me to get a good night's sleep.
