Anyone use Dupixent AND Xolair for hives (urticaria)

Xolair doesn't work for me, even at higher than recommended doses. Neither does allegra, Triamcinolone, etc when used all together. Has anyone used both Dupixent and Xolair at the same time? Or - has used Xolair and changed to Dupixent and Dupixent works better? When I read these, it appears it's business as usual when it comes to the available meds. Anyone find something novel that works better than the usual allegra/triamcinolone/Xolair regimen?
