Anyone try Cold Plunge or Infared Sauna Therapy for PMR?

Hi,

Just curious if anyone has gotten any pain/symptom relief from PMR by implementing cold plunge/hot sauna therapy into daily/weekly routines?

Thanks!

Did the hot tub, and lots of pool walking in my worst of days. Must try plunge. Where I live friends are now going in their pool or hot tub which not heated …. Maybe b 65° is a good start.

@tweetypie13 aim for 10 minutes in as cold as you can stand with minimal movement and maximum submersion …that is apparently the magic number for best results !

@nancy334 thank you. I was just about to ask how long to plunge at < /= 65* F.
I’ll probably have to work up to 10 minutes, but I have the rest of my life to do it.
My New Year’s resolution is to go jump in the lake. It’s in the low 60’s.
