Anyone tried aquablation after a PC diagnosis?

I saw some vague statement about how aquablation isn’t indicated for men with prostate cancer but I don’t see why not. Seems less impactful than a traditional TURP and my little walnut is going to be stressed enough as it is from whatever we do with the cancer.

Hi, Has anyone else had Aquablation for PC? I did so on 12/16/2025. Week 7 and still having incontinence issues. It is getting really annoying.

@moot
I has Aquablation on 12/16/2025 as part
Of clinical trial .I used a pull up until mid March and a pad until mid June. 6 months in all.
As for PSA went from 9 to 3 in first 3 months and back to 6 at 6 months. But PHI is vastly improved. My doctor focuses on PHI and not PSA.
