Anyone take supplements with ET?

I take a multivit and have done since it was recommended by my oncologist during COVID for those on HU. HU tends to reduce immunity.

I take a multiple vitamin daily too as well as calcium and vitamin D as my Dexa scan showed I had osteopenia in December 2024.

Hi have been taking HU and mini aspirin and Green Brothers Hemp seed oil daily. The hemp seed oil helps with inflammation and stopped my neuropathy. The hemp oil was a life changer for me, to be pain free is awesome. Good luck.

Hi, thanks for the info. Is Green Brothers Hemp seed oil available in the USA only New Zealand? Have you tried other brands that are available in the USA? Glad to hear you're pain free!

I've been on HU and baby aspirin for 6 1/2 years. My levels of Vitamin D and B12 were tested and low, so I've been taking every day for about 2 years now. Important to have levels checked, too much of a good thing can be problem.

Diagnosed ET JAK2 4/2025; platelets 426. I'm not on HU, take a baby aspirin and have always taken a daily multi-vitamin. I also take a Vitamin D and an iron pill every other day. Platelets as of yesterday 513, down from 536 3 months ago; levels have consistently been fluctuating between 426 and 547.

I am on Anagrelide and taking a women's multi-vitamin tablet along with vitamin D, which my GP suggested I take because I had signs of osteopenia after bone density xray. Have had ET tripple neg for over 17 years.

@donnadarling Hi, I don't know if the oil is available in the USA sorry, I buy on online so you could try that.
For me I feel its help with Jak2, ET and the pains you get as you age. Good luck and I hope you are able to try Green Brothers Hemp Oil.
