Anyone take Adderall to help with long covid symptoms?

I have had long covid twice now since 2021. It may have just never went away and got worse when I got covid again.
I have tried antidepressants for the severe depression and nervous system, but my body does not react well to SSRI or SNRI. Has anyone tried aderall ? Does it work? Long term steroids are not the answer but I felt so good for weeks until I hit a wall with them. So thinking adhd med might help. Any thoughts?

I take Dextroamphetamine because I was diagnosed with in ADD 30 years ago. The one thing I learned is you still need to pace because it is so easy to push out of the envelope. You feel so good; you want to do more activities.
I had several days that I overdid it because I felt rested and I did more than my usual schedule. I went back to resting. So I follow my usual energy conservation and enjoy being able to concentrate and do things within my
limits. I hope this helps.

I also take antidepressants. My psychiatrist prescribed adderall to help my focus through brain fog and exhaustion. I am prescribed three a day. I take one in the morning so I head into the office with some level of clarity. If a have a busy afternoon of intense meetings, I’ll take a second one at noon.

I think I get a couple hours where I can focus more, but it’s hard to say. How I wake up and my energy levels and mental capacity sets how I manage my day and schedule. Sometimes I need a can of Monster to plow through
