Anyone switch from Colistin to Cayston

I was on inhaled Tobramycin for 18 months. It caused hearing loss, vocal cord damage and gastritis. NJH switched me to Colistin, which I have been on about two years. It is causing stomach problems again, so my local pulmonologist wants me to try Cayston. If you have made that switch, I would greatly appreciate you sharing your experience. Using it three times a day seems a bit of an inconvenience, but if it helps my stomach feel better, it will be worth it. Cleaning the device seems pretty straightforward?
