Anyone out there with a TAA develop moderate regurgitation?

I was diagnosed with a TAA 8 years ago and it’s been stable but I have developed hypokenisis and what was mild regurgitation in the LV has become “moderate to not quite severe” within 12 months.

I am working with a great cardiologist and team , interested to hear of others experience with this.
