Anyone have POTS and Essential Thrombocytosis?

I was diagnosed with ET a year ago and had other unrelated symptoms.
I was diagnosed with POTS this week.
These could both be related to Long Covid which can affect your immune system.

Does anyone else have these 2 diagnoses?
