Anyone have experience wth ifuse for si joints?

Have terrible pain and balance problems I believe is coming from sacroilitis and have an appointment to see a dr experienced in joint fusion.

Please let me know what you find out. I’ve had a hip replacement 11 months ago and many complications since. One of them is lack of stability and severe pain around my new stem which I wonder is it coming from my loose si ligament?
