Anyone have experience with immunotherapy teclistamab or elranatamab?

@colleenyoung it’s been a while since I connected here - after undergoing CAR-T in August of ‘25, my mom has been feeling strong and healthy for several months. Unfortunately, an allergic rxn to Pomalyst and apparent lack of efficacy from Darzalex, light chains are back up again and they would like to start bispecific antibody treatment, specifically teclistamab. Wondering if there is anyone in the community who might be able to speak to this. Appreciate the help and community!

@jrbris23,, good to hear from you. Sorry to hear about the allergic reaction and that Darzalex didn't work. I pulled your question about teclistamab (Tecvayli) into a new discussion.

I'm tagging a few members like @abby5 @19lesterk @dandgk721, who have experience with teclistamab (Tecvayli) You can see some of their comments starting here: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/1515331/

@jrbris23, have you started teclistamab (Tecvayli) now? How is it going?

Thank you, Colleen! They actually pivoted to Elranatamab, but yes they started it this week. They admitted her for a 9-day hospital stay for step up dosing. She is two doses in with one more left before d/c and switching to outpatient weekly shots.
