Thanks for your comments. All good suggestions. Unfortunately, my condition is far beyond dietary adjustments. I adhere to all that you mention and am now subsisting on eating only 4-5 food items, e.g., boiled squashes, carrots, sweet potato, white rice, chicken and salmon seasoned only with salt. Even these foods give me liquid stoma output, trapped gas, bloating and abdominal pain. Multiple GIs including ones at Mayo have no idea as to what is going on with my GI system. The only I know is that this is making my life a living hell.
So you need to address the gas, which seems to lead to bloat and pain. I only have a couple more thoughts, now that I see your dietary intake list.
(1) Have you tried dropping the salmon and chicken and trying other protein? I have trouble digesting salmon and chicken breast. It is too "heavy." It may be too much for your system.
(2) You could try a skillet or baked pancake of pea protein isolate powder, egg white, and mashed veggies or a flour you'd like to try (I use potato starch and/or green plantain flour).
(2) Kabocha squash, parsnips, and patty-pan squash are all zero FODMAP last time I checked on the Monash U. FODMAP app. Swiss chard is also. Maybe zero FODMAP (as opposed to low FODMAP) would help.
(BTW, I can't eat carrot, rice, or sweet potato.)
