Anyone have a new dairy intolerance?

Ten months in and I have some progress and some lingering issues, and some entirely new ones. Yesterday I made macaroni and cheese for dinner, but within half an hour I was really nauseous, burping, gurgling you could hear in my stomach. Lasted about two hours. This morning diarrhea. Googled the symptoms and it came up lactose intolerant, which I wasn't before. Now it seems I am.

I too have brand new dairy intolerance after having Covid in 2020. Their Covid ferry has blessed me with allergies to almost all dairy and especially to cheese with mold in it like blue cheese. Never had any allergies or reactions to dairy before having Covid. And I have seen quite a few people in the same boat as the two of us!

I did the elimination diet for three months and found that I can no longer tolerate any gluten, dairy, wheat products and more. Even though my other Covid symptoms have gotten better using low-dose naltrexone, the dietary symptoms have not improved.

Yup, I've done the elimination diet too ,plus adding good bacteria for my gut, but it only helps so much. I don't feel well. I don't feel right. I hate this. I really do.
