I googled where to go and got this info: . In U.S. dollars, this equates to roughly $2,800–$3,000 USD (based on exchange rates in early-to-mid 2025). Key Details on Cost & Availability (2025-2026):Price Breakdown: Reports indicated around $3,900 CAD per knee.
Clinic Location: NeuPath Centres are located in Canada, notably in Mississauga, Ontario, which acts as a provider for North American patients.
You can look up their phone numbers in Mississauga, Ontario for more info probably.

@pbz thanks for ON info on this new treatment. I am hoping to hear from someone
on efficacy and experience post injection. I have an appointment in BC Canada to receive Arthrosamid in RT knee in late June. I have osteoarthritis that I treat with 200 mg Celebrex 1x daily and live in the USA. Thanks for any feedback

I believe I had that done some time ago. Sorry to say that it wasn't a miracle worker. I'd however be sceptical of Celebrex, and please do some research on potential side efffects if you haven't done so recently.
Have you tried HA? hyulonic acid injections? I tried everything to avoid a TKR. I hope you are not in that same boat. sincerely, M

Yes, I flew to Canada last year and got Arthrosamid for my knee. I have previously tried multiple rounds of prolo therapy, PRP injections, autologous stem cell injections for joint problems - all of which were very expensive and the results did not last. I will not do cortisone shots as they are not good for you immune system and I was allergic to over 300 foods at one point, don't need more trouble there. The best things I have done for my joints and nerve issues are Arthrosamid and Whole Body Vibration. For the Arthrosamid, I flew to Canada last year. It was about $3000 USD, and it has been awesome. My once weak knee is now my strong knee - Halleluiah! I can now do a one-legged squat, with my other foot resting on that knee, and then jump up and down with all my weight on the knee that crippled me for most of my life. I have also been doing Whole Body Vibration for 25 years and have found it to be fantastic for all kinds of joint and nerve problems. Within days of starting Whole Body Vibration, my pain and inflammation levels dropped and my immune system and mood improved. Get the right machine though. There are many different kinds and they are not all the same. For example, you don't want to use a machine designed for an Olympic athlete if you are older and have some health issues. But with Arthrosamid, WBV, eating well and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), I feel fantastic! I am so much stronger and more active than I have ever been before. I am so grateful to finally be able to do the activities I love and enjoy.

@beckychambers hi, I just had my injection in one knee as a test to see if I should go back and do the other. I did this a week ago on 8/28/26 It is certainly less painful. My injection was $5,000 U.S.
Did your knee get progressively better as time went on?

Sounds interesting. I checked their site (https://arthrosamid.com/find-a-clinic) and searched for locations of availability in US but Canada was only locations shown.
We'll see if it becomes available in the US and what it's performance turns out to be.

@grandpun I dont think it will because big pharma in US prefers to bill for several injections every few months. They won’t appreciate 1 injections instead of 3 per year
