@beckychambers I have thought about the Whole Body Vibration machines. Which one did you get?

I would also appreciate hearing more about your experience with Arthrosamid in Canada. It would help to know which doctor/clinic you used. It looks like there are a lot of choices in BC and Alberta. Also, do you know whether the degree of arthritis or age of the patient makes much difference?
Arthrosamid. Have tried to find solid evidence based search on this non-biodegradable because I too have severe knee osteoarthritis and am possibly facing a knee replacement.
Injections of anything only relieve symptoms and not solve the problem.
I had a total shoulder replacement and it went very well. All pain gone, all crunching gone, range of motion back 90% at 5 months.
Am not a fan of "resolving symptoms" with injections of anything, so am looking at this Arthrosamid closely.
What I could find on this injectable substance is that if it breaks down, the components become neurotoxic and carcinogens.
Maybe that is why it isn't FDA approved in the states?
Just saying....but I do hope I am wrong and can find more research...
Reminds me of the silicon injections to get larger boobs, but at what cost?

I have been to The Knee Clinic, Calgary Alberta.
Saw Dr. Dale Macdonald,
My knee has osteoarthritis from sports. Will eventually have a partial knee replacement, having had PRP several times over the years that was very effective. Will get the replacement with a private hospital clinic that has familiarity with The Knee Clinic.
All ages are treated at the clinic, all sorts of problems, so degree of arthritis is immaterial to
treatment. Excellent care. Great staff.
