I have a problem getting enough sleep.I have been on restoril for some time but would like to stop and it doesnt work anymore either.
I dont like to take more than prescribed amount.Just like to know if anyone is getting help with magnesium glycinate and what dosage? I am alrady 83 and have vestibular problems so I am not overly active thou my health is otherwise fairly good, other than ear related balance problem. Any helpful hints would be appreciated.
Just bought 500mg magnesium bisglycinate. Is it safe?

I started in magnesium bisglycinate about a week ago, my dose is 400 mg. at bedtime, not feeling any change yet and still wake up 2-3 times at night, I read that they have other benefits but perhaps it takes a while to feel the effects, at least it’s a natural product instead of more meds. I was given an antidepressant from hell and the prescribing doctor was not to be found, he’s semi retired and very negligible at times leaving me to suffer with the side effects until I could get off them and that took several months to do but my head space is still messed up especially sleep.
thanks for your comment.I will wait and see how it works.I will keep on taking it regardless as it does have other benefits.
