Anyone experience Lichen Sclerosus after BCG treatment?

Hello,
After i finished my treatments of BCG in November 2024, i began to notice a round spot about the size of a quarter, like a bruise on my right arm. This was in June of 2024. The spot grew in size of approximately 3” diameter. It was white in the center with a red ring on the perimeter. Then i noticed the same red spots (rash) over my abdomen, left arm, lower back, waist and legs. Went to my dermatologist and she did biopsy of on of the spots. It came back as
“ Lichen Sclerosus”. Received a steroid injection. After two to three months the infection started to halt the LS from spreading. The areas became very very irritated and itchy. I was also given a steroid ointment as well. My dermatologist was convinced it was LS caused by the BCG treatment but couldn’t prove it! I still have dark streaks and probably permanent scarring. I would like to know if anyone has experienced this type of skin issues after the BCG treatment.
