Anybody that had adenoid cystic carcinoma in sinus cavity?

Posted by kjwilson23 @kjwilson23, Jul 24, 2023

I had this tumor removed from my right sinus, and then radiation, it's been 2 years. I have such issues with congestion, ear feeling "plugged" like all day. And swallowing issues, along with not being able to open my mouth very wide. I have a upper partial, so can't chew very well, but more implants later. I wondered if anyone is going this and how they feel and thoughts! Thanks.

There is a great resource for this very rare cancer. You might want to check it out if you haven't already. So much information about ACC and it's treatments ..... from both experts and people who have ACC.
It is the Google Groups "Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Organization Int'l" The ACC website is accrf.org.
