Anybody had DMEK?

Age 75 male cataract surgery RE 10102025. History of glaucoma and recurring corneal erosion. Loss of vision for 90 days due to corneal edema and early taper off of prednisolone 1%. I thought I was completely recovered and consulted different surgeon for LE. I was referred to cornea surgeon who told me I would be needing DMEK and that my surgeon had left shards of my cataract in my eye. I lost my vision again and underwent surgery to remove shards from my RE. After 3 weeks of prednisolone and sodium chloride %5 I regained my vision. What should I do next?
