Any updated information on OsteoStrong results?
I see a post on OsteoStrong but the info is from 2019-2020. Is there any new evidence out there, or anyone that has had positive results from this? The closest OsteoStrong class to me is about two hours away, but I'm thinking if it truly is effective, it is worth the drive.

I drive almost 2 hours fortnightly for a session so results could probably be better if I could go weekly. Progress is slower than going weekly however I feel stronger and balance is better. I do think that doing exercise physiology as well is the way to go and I do that weekly and am very active. I recently had a fall and sprained my wrist but it didn’t break. Hip score -2.7 .
I live in Charlotte NC and was diagnosed with osteoporosis 2 years ago. I started using the bio-density system one year ago which is similar to Osteostrong. I no longer have osteoporosis. I'm down to osteopenia.
What is the bio-density system?
Has anyone tried OsteoStrong? I'm very curious if this program works. I have osteoporosis. Medication is not for me for a variety of reasons. I practice Yoga around three times a week, hike weekly, walk daily, also do body sculpting with light weights. I take Bone Support liquid by Blue Bonnet daily. That's enough about me lol! I'd love to hear people's experiences with OsteoStrong. Thank you.

Thanks for responding. I have Google searched. Just would like to hear from an actual person who has tried OsteoStrong.
Oh, I didn't mean Google search. I meant search in this forum. OsteoStrong has been discussed here a number of times.
I did do that. Thanks so much 🙏
I just completed a year- no change from my dexascan!
I just had my second REMS bone scan. The first one was a year ago, right after I first joined Osteo-Strong. It showed osteoporosis in my hips and osteopenia in my spine, which was consistent with a DEXA scan I did a few months earlier. My REMS scan this week showed my hips have gone from osteoporosis to normal and my spine from osteopenia to normal. I don't know how much of a factor Osteo-Strong has been, because I've done other things over this past year that may have contributed to these results - including more weight bearing exercise, strengthening and swimming, collagen, more protein, along with other supplements. But I plan to continue with each of these things since something seems to be working.
