Any new treatments for Cogans syndrome

I previously was on Actemra but had to stop. Currently on Prednisone and azathioprine. Still having breakthrough with tinnitus, mouth sores, some balance issues. Was fit for hearing aids after 20 years and it’s amazing how it turns down the noise. Was just wondering what others are doing.
