Any Book Recommendations for Managing Anxiety?
Hi everyone,
I am searching for book recommendations for books on ways for managing anxiety and depression. I have struggled with my mental health for a long time now and find that reading is a relaxing way to clear my mind.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

Here's a book that helped me a lot with anxiety. It's a classic:
"How to Stop Worrying and Start Living" -- Dale Carnegie.
If you use bookfinder.com, you can find a used copy in the $4-6 range.
Good luck.

I like the author Beattie Melody. Many of her books deal with codependency, so might not be exactly what looking for, but her books talk about taking care of our self. https://www.melodybeattie.com/books
I tend to use local library to check out books that sound interesting. If I find one that want to have my own copy of, then check out sites selling used books.
Have you found any books so far that you enjoyed?
“Spark-The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain”
and also “ What Your Psychologist Hasn’t Told You About Anxiety and Depression”
Try "Stop worrying and start living" by Dale Carnegie, a marvelous & easy to read book!
I found “The Wisdom of Morrie” helpful in coping with aging and chronic
health problems.
