Anosmia (Loss of Smell)

I have MAI, Bronchiectasis, COPD and asthma. Over the last year or so, I was losing my sense of smell, which is pretty much all gone now : (
I wonder if it is from these breathing conditions. (I'm not on the BIG Three, for the time being.) Is anyone else experiencing anosmia? Should I be taking this up with my pulmonologist or with an ENT?

I have bronchiectasis, dx in 2012 & mild, now I have Mac also. I had covid in April 2020, before vaccines, & lost most of my sense of smell then. Have had covid 3 more times & have no sense of smell now. You may have had covid w/o knowing, but loss of smell had already been known as an uncommon but established post-viral effect. I haven't heard of it from Mac or other bacterial infections but maybe others here will know more.
