AML Regal Trial for CR2 not eligible for Transplant

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone here has been following the REGAL Phase 3 trial for AML patients in second complete remission (CR2).

From what I’ve read, the study is evaluating galinpepimut-S as a maintenance therapy after remission, and many people have been waiting for the final results. I’m curious whether anyone here has:

* Participated in the REGAL trial.
* Had a family member or friend participate.
* Spoken with their hematologist/oncologist about it.
* Heard any updates or opinions from treatment centers.

I’m interested in learning what you’ve heard and what your expectations are for the trial. If you’re comfortable sharing, I’d love to hear your experience or perspective.
