Ambien and CKD

I take Ambien 10 every night for several years now and can’t sleep without it. I recently went for a med check and he decided to do a blood test. This blood test high creatinine level and this is confusing since I don’t have diabetes or high blood pressure and there’s another test that they did that starts with an E and it is low. The doctor wants to redo these in a month.
My husband thinks my Ambien use and Effexor is causing this issue and I was wondering if anyone else had this connection connection?
